Conceptual design to final building project
Comprehensive documentation project for an apartment-type building in Stara Planina (Old Mountain)
.It was designed from the conceptual design, development, preparation of complete documentation and obtaining the necessary permits to construction.
The facility consists of 5 apartments and a common area, terrace, dining room and auxiliary rooms for storing ski equipment.
The building was designed at the foot of the mountain, in a rural environment, taking into account the context and the traditional way of construction. The terrain is very steep, which was used so that access to the building in the basement and ground floor was possible directly from the terrain. On the ground floor there are common dining areas and a large terrace with a view of the beautiful surroundings and the mountain. In addition, the ground floor is intended for living space for the owners. On the first floor there are apartments for guests, as well as a smaller gathering area and a kitchenette.
